   a. To place an order, customers must provide accurate and complete information regarding the desired piece, including material specifications, sizing, and any customisation requests.

   b. Once the customer and designer agrees to proceed, a non-refundable deposit of $500 design fee is required to confirm the order. This deposit will be deducted from the final total.

   c. In some instances, pricing may be subject to adjustment due to fluctuations in metal prices or other material costs. Any changes will be communicated before proceeding.

   d. Full payment is required before the order is completed. We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards and electronic transfers.

   e. Prices listed on our website or quoted are subject to change without notice. Any applicable discounts or promotional offers will be applied at the time of purchase.

4. Customization a. Customers have the option to customize their jewellery pieces based on available materials, designs, and gemstones. b. Once an order is placed, any changes or modifications may incur additional fees and may affect the production timeline. c. We reserve the right to refuse any customization requests that are deemed inappropriate or violate our policies.
5. Shipping and Delivery a. We aim to deliver orders within the specified timeframe, but delivery times may vary depending on factors such as customization complexity and shipping location. b. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for any delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers. c. Any additional taxes, duties, or customs fees associated with international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Returns and Refunds a. Due to the custom nature of our jewellery pieces, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. b. Customers must contact us within 5 days of receiving their order to report any issues or concerns regarding defects or damages. c. In the event of a return or refund, customers may be required to provide photographic evidence or return the item for inspection before a refund or replacement is issued.
7. Intellectual Property a. All designs, images, and content on our website are the intellectual property of our company and may not be used or reproduced without permission. b. By submitting a custom design or requesting a custom-made jewellery piece, customers grant us the right to use and reproduce the design for the purpose of fulfilling their order.

2. Shipping and Delivery For our Australian customers, we dispatch domestic orders via Express service with Australia Post, including full insurance and tracking to ensure your piece arrives safely. Please be aware that international shipments may incur additional duties and taxes, for which the recipient is responsible. These fees must be paid to release your order upon arrival.

3. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges Due to the personalized nature of our work, all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for bespoke pieces or for any change of mind. However, if your item arrives broken or faulty, please reach out to us for assistance.

4. Handling and Care Our designs are meticulously handcrafted, and while we use high-quality materials, variations between pieces are natural and contribute to the uniqueness of each item.
