Diamond Flower Ring – CAD Cast

This diamond flower ring was created through a collaborative design process, beginning with an inspiration session using Pinterest. A private shared board allowed ideas to be refined and aligned before moving into CAD.

The design phase can take anywhere from a few hours to several days or weeks, with multiple refinements to ensure the proportions, settings, and overall balance were just right before casting.

The flower top was engineered to sit seamlessly with a wide sand-cast band, requiring careful consideration of height and fit. To preserve the millgrain finish, four fine claws were designed to secure the centre diamond without flattening the detail, while the surrounding diamonds were bezel set for durability and cohesion.
